🪧 Smug ostracisers who claim to be “family” while quietly exiling people they don’t like.
😒 The Problem
They call it culture, but it’s really a clique. I happens from the front lines to the C-Suite
Gossip, exclusion, and moral smugness dressed as “culture.”
Fake civility. Ostracising high-integrity people who won’t conform.
You’re “respected” until you disagree.
Then you’re ghosted by groupthink in a hoodie. This is an unhealthy work environment! ⚠️ Don’t let the gaslighting games cause you to doubt yourself. It is humanity at its worst.
✅ The Healthy Alternative:
🔁 How real teams behave
💡 Leadership done right
✅ The opposite of the BS
In a real team, feedback is direct, not whispered.
Support isn’t reserved for favourites.
The moment you need help most is the moment that reveals whether your “team” is just a slogan.
Support isn’t conditional.
If you want real culture, protect difference.
True leadership invites challenge, defends the excluded, and doesn’t weaponise belonging.
